About Low Dose Naltrexone Therapy:
LDN refers to the use of naltrexone at smaller dosages (0.5-10mg) compared to the standard dose of naltrexone starting at 50mg. Originally used to treat opioid and alcohol dependence, LDN at these low doses has no narcotic effect and has shown promise in treating multiple medical conditions that have no other treatment options or have exhausted existing ones. At Kore, we use LDN in combination with other naturopathic treatments to address conditions such as long haul COVID, gut concerns, joint pain, and fibromyalgia.
